As we dive into dealing with a child’s anxiety I want to first share a few quick insights I wish I would have heard when I was growing up with anxiety. First of all, it’s not just anxiety. Often, mixed in with the anxiousness over something is suppressed rage, shame, guilt, feeling like a burden, sadness, and extreme doubt.
