What Helped and What Hindered My Recovery from PSSD and Protracted Withdrawal from Antidepressants?

A fter many attempts, I finally managed to come off antidepressants. But then I had to struggle with six years of horrible withdrawal. Recovering from protracted withdrawal was a huge challenge, and I had to approach it wisely, doing everything I could to survive the process and help my body and mind heal. In this article, I will outline what helped and what hindered my healing process.
