Efforts at Self-Regulation Being placed in psychiatric hospitals at a rate of almost once per year was greatly disturbing, and it provided me with motivation to get my situation under control.

My sister took antidepressants and my family has a lot of mental health issues, so based on that, I was thrown into the same category. Admitting a female patient would require someone to stay with her.
