The many erroneous and misleading statements I found cannot be explained by the advent of new, important knowledge, as the publication dates for the textbooks were recent, from 2016 to 2021. In evidence-based healthcare, we do not use interventions that do more harm than good, which psychiatry does. They are not medical diseases.
