Then, finally, technology offered a solution: insurmountably high fences and surveillance cameras. As of 2016, we child and adolescent psychiatrists are only about 8,000 in number. Nearly a dozen Palo Alto teens died this way. Finally, the City of Palo Alto put a security guard there. It was terrible when the kids died.
