In 2010, I was one of the authors of a published critique of the STAR*D study’s reported findings. We showed how STAR*D’s authors had manipulated the data to manufacture fraudulent results. Data, not anecdotal opinions of scientists and doctors, must rule in health science. He, too, was spurned.
