At the age of 41, I was sectioned under the Mental Health Act in the midst of the Covid pandemic in the early autumn of 2020 in the throes of an episode of psychosis. Back in 2009 I was incredibly blessed to have a couple of my fellow patients who comforted me, listened to me and took care of me. I want to start my story at the end.
